If you’ve never heard of Millennium Tower it’s a high rise condo development built in San Francisco in 2009.
Upon completion the Millennium Tower was the tallest residential building west of the Mississippi River.
Demand was so high for condos that new buyers were selling their lofts for 2x-3x what they paid initially.
In 2016 builders informed the public that the building was sinking at an alarming rate.
Who is to blame, Residents, Developers, Local government, or the Local transit authority?
Check out this Youtube video to see how it all played out.
